Qualifications

• Certified bomb technician or hazardous device operator required.
• Military EOD with civilian public-safety or training experience.
• Bomb squad commander or training officer experience.
• Experience in post-blast investigation and device reconstruction.
• CBRNE technical response experience.

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in the domain of energetic materials and propulsion. Label them as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
• Evaluate responses against a defined policy standard. Judge whether each response was handled correctly.
• Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
• Ensure models refuse genuinely dangerous questions while answering legitimate ones fully.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Hazardous Device Specialist / Public Safety Professional

Type: Contract

Compensation: $65-$75/hour

Location: Remote
