Tassal is seeking a motivated team member for its Partial Harvest Crew in a hands-on role at Mission Beach, Queensland. You will spend long shifts outdoors in ponds, setting up and emptying nets, lifting harvest nets, and assisting harvest operations.

Expect early starts, a physically demanding environment, and a supportive team culture. Be prepared for 3:00am to 5:00am start times, weekend work in December, and overtime during peak periods.

Formación

• Current C Class Driver's Licence required.
• Ability to swim required.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move harvest nets.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

Looking for an active outdoor role where you can earn great money, stay fit and work in one of Australia's most unique farming environments?

Join our Partial Harvest Crew and play a key role in harvesting premium Australian prawns. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll spend your days in the ponds setting, checking and emptying harvest nets, helping ensure prawns are harvested efficiently and delivered for processing.

This is a hands-on, physical role where getting wet is all part of the job. If you enjoy early starts, working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

The Roster

• Monday to Friday roster
• 8.5-hour shifts
• Start times may vary between 3:00am and 5:00am
