Harrow Gate Primary Academy, part of Enquire Learning Trust, is offering an Early Years Teaching Assistant Apprentice (Level 3). The role supports a class teacher to create engaging learning experiences and contribute to a safe, happy school environment.

You will develop professionally through Eden Training Solutions with dedicated mentoring, hands-on practice in an outstanding Early Years setting, and opportunities to grow a career in education. Closing date: 8 October 2026.

Early Years Teaching Assistant Apprentice (Level 3)

(required as soon as possible)

32.5 hours per week TTO + 5 days

We are looking to appoint a passionate, highly motivated and dedicated Apprentice Teaching Assistant, who will work under the guidance of the class teacher to provide high-quality, creative learning opportunities with a view to developing the whole child. The successful apprentice will be supporting to provide a safe, happy and aspirational learning environment is expected to interact with colleagues on a professional level in order to promote a mutual understanding of the schools vision and values.
