• Ideal for someone studying or considering a trade qualification through TAFE.

• Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces.
• Provide painting services as needed across the hotel.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment, keeping systems running smoothly.
• Respond promptly to repair requests from staff and guests, resolving issues with minimal disruption.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to support daily hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Maintain a positive, professional approach in all guest and staff interactions.
