This role suits someone with prior manufacturing experience and a practical, team-focused approach. Leadership or senior operator experience is advantageous, and a strong commitment to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or factory settings.
• Experience operating machinery or in a production environment.
• Leading Hand, senior operator or team-leader experience is advantageous.
• Practical, hands-on approach with ability to direct others.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within the production area to support daily targets.
• Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment and processes as needed.
• Help allocate daily jobs and priorities to the production team.
• Assist employees to keep production moving and resolve issues on the floor.
• Monitor workflow and help ensure production targets are met and quality checks are completed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace and support toolbox talks.
• Report production or equipment issues to management and assist with training new staff.
