Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, coordinate repairs and contractor activities in the Perth CBD. You will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time, with a focus on practical problem solving and proactive upkeep.

Based in Perth, this full-time role requires three years in hotel maintenance or facilities management, strong communication skills, and full Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance or Facilities Management.
• Good communication skills and friendly manner.
• Strong problem solving/solution finding skills.
• A good understanding of WHS.
• Full permanent Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Supervising hands-on basic building maintenance and repairs to supervise day-to-day delivery of the maintenance and repairs of contractors.
• Report to Senior Management about any costing and repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on site, including signing in and out.
• Identify opportunities to improve the building performance and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with occupants to identify building repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Practice WHS and conduct site inspections.

The Role
You will undertake basic hands-on maintenance and oversee building maintenance, contractors and coordinate repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time. This role is based in the Perth CBD.
