The role requires strong ER/IR experience, expertise with Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and the ability to operate effectively in a family-run environment. Travel to sites nationally is possible.

Qualifications

• Strong ER/IR experience required.
• Experience with Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Confident, practical and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Lead Fair Work cases including unfair dismissal matters.
• Interpret awards and support EA management.
• Coach managers across multiple sites.
• Drive consistency across HR processes and policies.
• Support workforce planning activities.
