Job summary

The Property Inspectors Pty Ltd in Marsfield, NSW, is seeking a senior CTO who will own an ongoing software automation project, lead an internal development team of three engineers, and personally design, develop and implement solutions end-to-end.

This hands-on leadership role combines strategic roadmapping with practical coding, troubleshooting and integration work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and web apps, delivering production-ready systems into the live environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with hands-on software delivery focus.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Proven ability to design, develop and implement complex automation.
• Experience leading a small development team and managing timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review existing systems and current automation project; map a clear roadmap.
• Allocate tasks, set priorities and achieve development milestones.
• Personally design, code and implement critical components of the solution.
• Lead a team of three software developers/engineers and report to Director/CEO.
• Design and manage integrations between Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, web apps and other systems.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC from development to live deployment.
• Ensure quality, reliability and successful implementation of all solutions.
