Job summary

Soundcorp in Melbourne is seeking 2 Integration Specialists to install, configure and commission professional AV and VC systems across client sites. You will also provide service support, fault finding, and basic user training where needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Electronics & Communications or equivalent, with hands-on AV experience, strong fault-finding skills and the ability to read technical drawings. A White Card and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Electronics & Communications or equivalent.
• Hands-on AV Technician/Installer experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver's licence with reliable vehicle access.
• Holds a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Ability to obtain Working with Children Check where required.
• Applicants with unrestricted working rights in Australia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and commission professional AV and VC systems.
• Complete rack builds, cabling, terminations, labelling and cable management.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, rack layouts and panel drawings.
• Test, document and troubleshoot AV, VC and ICT systems.
• Support system commissioning, configuration, calibration and programming.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, callouts and preventative service work.
• Provide technical support and basic user training.
• Work closely with clients, project teams and onsite trades.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
• Travel to client sites, including regional locations, as required.
