Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU invites an experienced hair stylist and colour technician to join a premium salon in Sydney, NSW. You’ll bring proven salon skills, client-focused service and a passion for hair artistry to deliver creative colour and exceptional styling.

You’ll work in a creative salon environment, with industry training, ongoing development and opportunities to lead colour projects while collaborating with a supportive team in a busy Sydney location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional salon experience.
• Experience in premium or high-end salon environments.
• Strong balayage, creative colour and corrective colour skills.
• Excellent client communication and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional haircutting, styling and colouring services.
• Apply advanced balayage and creative colour techniques.
• Carry out colour correction and corrective colour services.
• Conduct professional client consultations and understand individual hair requirements.
• Recommend suitable colour, styling and hair-care solutions.
• Maintain consistent technical and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with experienced salon professionals.
• Keep up to date with modern techniques, trends and industry practices.
• Participate in training, education and professional development.
