SA Health's Flinders Medical Centre Haematology unit is seeking a Revenue Officer to manage outpatient billing and MDCC data across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. The role supports accurate revenue processes and requires strong attention to compliance and confidentiality in a busy public sector hospital.

Qualifications

• Sound communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal).
• Experience with Medicare Billing guidelines and revenue processes.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring incoming referrals are compliant for billing prior to next appointment.
• Establish and maintain departmental MDCCs and reconcile information for billing.
• Maintain SCIg information for accurate billing.
• Provide professional, quality and responsive customer service.
• Ensure accurate documentation related to clinic billing.
