Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Habit Coach to support NDIS participants in Warragul and surrounding areas. You will travel to participants’ homes or community locations, following therapy plans under the guidance of a primary therapist.

The role engages across ages, focusing on independence and meaningful daily activities. Applicants may be studying OT, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy (min 2nd year) or hold a Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree in OT, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year).
• Alternatively, have a Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy plans provided by the primary therapist in clients' homes or community settings.
• Support participants across ages and travel to regional areas as required.
• Attend sessions Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, with 3:30pm–6:30pm slots as needed.
