YMCA Caloundra is seeking an enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our casual team. You will deliver engaging, safe classes, helping participants develop skills, confidence and enjoyment of activity in a positive, inclusive environment.

You will set up equipment, monitor safety, maintain attendance, complete relevant admin tasks and report hazards. The role requires Queensland coaching accreditation (Level 1 or Kinder Gym), First Aid/CPR and a current Blue Card, with a collaborative team focus.

Competenze

• Queensland gymnastics coaching accreditation (Level 1 or Kinder Gym) is required.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card (Working with Children) or willingness to obtain.

YMCA Caloundra is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team on a casual basis!

About the Role

As a Gymnastics Coach, you’ll deliver engaging, safe and progressive gymnastics classes in a positive and inclusive environment. You’ll help participants develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy being active while ensuring all activities meet the Y’s safety and quality standards.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Queensland gymnastics coaching accreditation, with a minimum Level 1 or Kinder Gym qualification.
• Practical knowledge and experience across gymnastics activities and skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
• A current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
