Job summary

Plus Fitness Fitzroy is seeking a Membership Sales Consultant for casual hours (8-16 per week). You will greet prospects, sign new members, call inbound inquiries, and generate leads through outreach events. You’ll also handle basic admin tasks and help keep the club welcoming and well-presented.

The role offers ongoing training and a clear path from sales reception to club management. Availability for Monday and Tuesday nights is particularly important, with room for growth as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Meet and sign new members, call inbound prospects and proactively generate new leads via outreach events.
• Marketing: Create social media content and be the face of the club.
• Admin: Time holds, cleaning, monitoring gym access, and responding to member needs.
