Minor Hotels is expanding its housekeeping team across our Sydney properties. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within a global hospitality group.

If you take pride in cleaning to high standards, have strong time management and teamwork skills, and can work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience highly regarded, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and apartments, including making beds, vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms.
• Completing cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Adhering to safety procedures and company standards.
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all training and tools provided.
• Building positive working relationships with team members, guests and contractors.
• Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest areas are presented to the highest standard.
