ALH Hotels in Sydney is seeking a Guest Services Attendant on a casual basis to help create a welcoming, home-like experience for every guest. You will follow cleaning schedules, coordinate with Front Office for special requests and assist with maintenance issues, while handling physical tasks safely as part of daily duties.

You will work closely with the Front Office to fulfil guest requests and support the Publican in maintaining smooth operations across accommodations.

• Able to work collaboratively with Front Office and other teams.

• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation.
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests.
• Complete Employee Due Diligence checks as part of recruitment process.
