What you’ll do :

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent who is passionate about the hospitality industry to join our team on a full‑time basis . The ideal candidate will be committed to long‑term growth and eager to build a rewarding career with us. You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. On a daily basis you will :

  • Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
  • Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
  • Complete end‑of‑day procedures, including accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
What you’ll bring :
  • Strong experience in delivering outstanding guest service, with familiarity in booking systems such as NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera, or similar.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through warm and engaging interactions.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong financial skills, including accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation responsibilities.
  • Effective problem‑solving abilities, with confidence in applying mathematical skills in operational tasks.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence, essential for living and working in a remote location.
