Mantra Frangipani in Broome invites a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out, creating memorable stays for guests. The role emphasizes warm guest reception, product knowledge, and proactive service in a tropical setting.

You will assist guests with inquiries, share local recommendations, and ensure smooth reservations while collaborating with team colleagues to exceed service expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is a valuable asset.
• Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations.

Job description

Mantra Frangipani is set amongst tropical gardens and located a short distance from the picturesque white sands of Cable Beach in Broome. The property offers a range of self‑contained one, two, and three bedroom apartments, the choice of two tropical swimming pools one with a waterfall and electric barbecue’s for guests to use at their leisure. On your days off, make the most of the famous sunsets, local beaches and tranquil waterways, immerse yourself in the rich arts and culture, or venture out to the captivating hiking trails that await your exploration.

Purpose

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role as the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. Your responsibilities span from the moment they check in to the time they check out, ensuring that you are at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.
