What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly and with a solutions‑focused approach.
  • Maximise occupancy through upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Maintain accurate payment handling and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
What We’re Looking For
  • A friendly, confident, and professional approach.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service (preferred, but not essential – we’ll train you).
  • Previous experience in a customer‑focused industry.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi‑task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest.
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Competent level of IT proficiency.
  • Previous experience in cash handling.
  • Front Office/Concierge experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors.
