Job summary

EVT in New South Wales is hiring a Guest Room Attendant with a flexible roster. You will maintain guest rooms to high standards, ensuring a seamless guest experience and supporting a broad hotel and entertainment network.

We value a Daymaker ethos, strong attention to detail and professional guest interactions. Experience in busy hotel environments is preferred, with on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel room attendant or houseperson experience, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and policies.
• Understanding of WH&S practices and hazard reporting.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet allocated timeframes.
• Strong communication skills for professional guest interactions.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Houseperson or similar position within a hotel, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with hotel room attendant & housekeeping procedures and operational policies.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety (WH&S) practices and hazard reporting.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
• Strong communication skills, with a professional approach to guest interactions.
