Hungry Jack's in Bendigo, VIC, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, high-volume operation. You will drive a guest-obsessed culture, manage P&L, and mentor a team to deliver outstanding service daily.

You’ll champion safety, foster staff development, and help grow the brand through strategic planning and people leadership. Flexibility across shifts is required to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience.
• Full time availability and flexibility (days/nights/weekends).
• Willingness to obtain National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-performance culture in the restaurant, focusing on profitability, people, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead from the front, drive change, and motivate the team to contribute to success.
• Support Work Safe, Home Safe strategies by maintaining a safe working environment.
