Job summary

Bimbadgen Estate, part of Mulpha, is seeking energetic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team across the Estate. Roles span Palmers Lane Weddings & Events, Esca Restaurant, Wood Fire Pizzeria and Cellar Door, with morning to weekend shifts and on-the-job training.

This flexible opportunity supports your hospitality growth with practical training, consistent casual hours and career progression through Mulpha Academy. A NSW RSA card is required or obtained before starting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience welcomed, but not essential.
• Current NSW RSA Competency Card, or willing to obtain before starting.
• Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do approach.
• Interest in food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, cellar door, pizzeria, wedding and event settings.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and confidently respond to guest enquiries.
• Support venue set-up, pack-down and presentation for daily service and special events.
• Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
