Qualifications

• Administration or reception experience is desirable but not required.
• Friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Be the welcoming face of the home and first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff.
