Harvey Road Tavern, part of the Endeavour Group network, is seeking a friendly F&B Attendant to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will welcome guests, recommend meals and drinks, and provide top-notch service across shifts while maintaining high standards from opening to close.
Applicants should have a current RSA certificate, be flexible with availability, and bring a people-first attitude. Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset, with opportunities for career growth

- Current RSA certificate is required.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is memorable.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend meals or drinks to enhance a guest's day.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From opening to close, maintain high standards and ensure the experience is unforgettable.
- Support the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
