Job summary

Village Cinemas in Melbourne is hiring a Guest Experience Attendant to welcome guests, assist with tickets, food and seating, and seating to ensure a seamless cinema visit.

You will work with a friendly team, report to site leaders, help keep venues clean and safe, and adapt to evening, weekend and public holiday shifts during the November 2026 to February 2027 season.

About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Deliver exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey that keeps guests coming back.
• Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
• Contribute to a safe working environment, report hazard and incidents utilising the OHS system in a timely manner.

About You:

We're looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:
