Job summary

Village Cinemas is seeking friendly Guest Experience Attendants to join our team in Melbourne. You’ll be the face of our cinemas, greeting guests, guiding them through ticketing, food and beverage, and seating to ensure a memorable visit.

About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Deliver exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey that keeps guests coming back.
• Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
• Contribute to a safe working environment, report hazard and incidents utilising the OHS system in a timely manner.

About You:

We're looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:
