Job summary

Australia Zoo is seeking a Full Time Admissions Supervisor to lead the admissions team and ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient entry experience. The role requires knowledge of zoo promotions, events, and daily activities, with strong service and leadership capabilities.

You will manage high-pressure situations, maintain accurate information, and collaborate across departments. Availability on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests with enquiries and service at the admissions point.
• Point of Sale processing and handling payments as required.
• Coordinate guest movement and assist with crowd management during events.
• Maintain up-to-date department policies and daily staff organisation.
• Support other departments during peak periods as directed by management.
