McDonald’s is hiring for a Guest Experience Team member to be the face of the restaurant at the counter, drive-thru, and delivery handoffs. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare drinks with care, contributing to a quick, friendly guest experience.
The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for growth within the McDonald’s family.
(Must be 16 years of age or older)
Do you love talking to people, have a great smile, and thrive when things are moving fast? This is the job for you.
We are looking for outgoing, dependable, and energetic team members to join our McDonald's family on our Guest Experience Team. This is a people-first role — if you're at your best when you're engaging with guests, communicating with a team, and keeping things moving, you'll fit right in.
This is not primarily a kitchen position. We need friendly, confident communicators who enjoy being the face of our restaurant.
On our Guest Experience Team, you are the heartbeat of our guest interactions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and feel-good experience for every guest — whether they're at the counter, in the drive-thru, picking up curbside, or sending a delivery courier on their way.
We'll teach you our systems — you bring the attitude and the smile.
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
