Job summary

Alcova, the AI adoption and safety company for wealth management, seeks a proactive candidate to work with our General Manager and CEO on everything that touches sales. You will help with discovery, run GTM experiments and marketing, and play a key role in shaping and converting our sales funnel.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a company is sold and built from the inside, with real responsibility early and direct feedback as we move fast.

• Two years of work experience and a bachelor's degree with exceptional results.
• Experience applying AI in professional settings and willingness to leverage AI across work and life.
• Ambition to found or lead a company someday with early responsibility and direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager and CEO on all activities touching sales, including discovery.
• Run GTM experiments and support marketing efforts to shape the sales funnel.
• Contribute to formation and conversion of the sales funnel and learn how a company is sold and built from the inside.

You will work directly with our General Manager and CEO on everything that touches sales. Including discovery, running GTM experiments and marketing. You will play a key role in the formation and conversion of our sales funnel.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a company is sold and built from the inside.

Who we are looking for

• You have around two years of work experience and a bachelor's degree with exceptional results. You have a proven work ethic and can point to evidence of it. We are a venture-backed company moving extremely fast. Expect an intense work environment.
• You already use AI across your work and the rest of your life, and you pay attention to what it can do. We build AI products and we expect the people selling them to use it more fluently than our customers do.
• You want to found or lead a company one day. We take that seriously and will treat this role as preparation for it, which means real responsibility early and direct feedback on how you are going.
