Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, technology, media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and client services; curiosity about media platforms and advertising KPIs.
• Basic understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape; interest in FMCG or other verticals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our client solutions approach, supporting the team in developing strategic recommendations for clients across product adoption and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with product evolutions and market trends, assisting in delivering insights that inform client strategies.
• Support measurement initiatives, including Brand Lift Studies and conversion tracking, to help optimize campaign performance.
• Assist with client education and capability building by preparing materials for business reviews and workshops.
• Support account management activities, helping to maintain relationships with brands, agency teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating client media plans and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Help monitor campaign performance and conduct basic analysis to support reporting.
• Support data gathering and analysis for post-campaign reporting and account audits.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to support account growth initiatives.
• Assist in tracking revenue attainment and client activity metrics.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by helping prepare case studies and market insights.
