Job summary

LSC Security Solutions in Australia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our long-standing team. You will play a key role on the warehouse floor, performing picking, packing and order preparation with accuracy and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of warehouse experience, a practical approach to safety and a collaborative mindset. We offer training, a supportive culture and opportunities for career progression within a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar warehouse environment, with the ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to organise your own time efficiently and able to work to deadlines and established targets.
• A current forklift license is desirable.
• Proven experience within a high volume, fast paced warehouse.
• Well presented and punctual with excellent attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude.
• Flexible with the ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
• Is physically fit and able to lift moderate-heavy weights (up to 15kg) correctly and without personal injury
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing orders in line with customer requirements and delivery timeframes
• Processing and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring items are packaged safely and securely
• Assisting with general warehouse operations, including replenishment and cycle stock counts
• Maintaining compliance with all Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and company procedures
• Contributing to a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
