Job summary

The Andersen Partnership is recruiting a General Insurance Broker in Sydney, NSW. This growing insurance startup seeks an experienced broker who will move beyond managing a book to help build and grow the business from the ground up.

You’ll manage warm leads, convert opportunities into new business, cross-sell, and handle the full broking process including quotes, reports, invoicing and client documentation. Strong business development focus and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Tier 1 General Insurance accreditation.
• Solid experience as a General Insurance Broker.
• Broad exposure across multiple insurance classes.
• Excellent communication and phone-based relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing warm leads and converting opportunities into new business.
• Cross-selling and identifying additional insurance opportunities.
• Working across a broad range of general insurance products.
• Managing the full broking process, including quotes, reports, invoicing and client documentation.
• Building relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
