Sydney Lifeline Australia, home of 13YARN, is seeking a Fundraising and Marketing Lead to drive fundraising, marketing, brand and community engagement. You will craft strategies, create content, manage social media, and monitor campaigns in a trauma-informed, culturally safe framework.

The role is dedicated to 13YARN with governance aligned to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, delivering impactful storytelling and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fundraising and/or marketing campaigns.
• Ability to develop multi-channel campaigns across digital and print.
• Content creation including graphics, video and campaign collateral.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy aligned to priorities and growth targets.
• Identify and grow fundraising streams such as individual giving, appeals and partnerships.
• Monitor and report fundraising performance to inform decisions.
• Lead marketing plans to increase awareness, engagement and support.
• Oversee content across digital, print and media platforms.
• Plan and run social media campaigns with budget management.
• Track and report social and content performance monthly.
