Job summary

The Capability & Growth Partner will work with leaders to shape enterprise capability, redesign onboarding and embed learning in everyday work, enabling performance and career progression.

The role focuses on practical, results-driven capability initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful experiences that drive growth and adaptivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or capability roles.
• Ability to design practical, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable programs.

• Shape enterprise capability approaches; identify current and future capability gaps.
• Reimagine onboarding so people feel productive, connected and confident earlier.
• Design learning that is practical, relevant and embedded in the flow of work.
• Evolve how we approach performance, development and career growth.
• Create tools, resources and experiences that make development conversations easier.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to solve capability challenges.
• Use feedback to test what lands and what needs changing.
