Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Groups Travel Consultant with at least two years of experience in travel consulting, particularly in group bookings. You will advise on flights, accommodation, cruises, and more, building strong customer relationships while working toward KPIs and incentives.

You'll handle itineraries, invoices, and operate our multiple booking systems, thriving in a role that blends customer service with back-end processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as travel consultant, bonus for group bookings.
• Experience using GDS and emphasis on speed/efficiency.
• Ability to build travel solutions and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and insurance for group bookings.
• Work toward KPIs and incentive targets and develop relationships with customers.
• Build itineraries, generate invoices, and operate complex booking systems for customers.
• Handle behind-the-scenes tasks and manage time to maximise results.
