The Opportunity:

The Group Senior Administrator is Accountable for managing policies and premiums in line with AIA guidelines, quality standards, and service levels. This includes collaborating with the Senior Manager – Finance Operations and the Group Administration team to develop and promote best‑practice principles and processes.

• Deliver high‑quality policy and premium administration, meeting service, productivity, and quality targets.
• Manage case work and resolve queries or escalated complaints within agreed standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation in Group Administration practices.
• Build strong relationships with advisers, fund administrators, members, and internal teams.
• Support presentations, service meetings, and capability initiatives as required.
• Provide technical and quality support to ensure accurate billing and data management.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on administration matters.
