Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Group Risk Analyst to manage and enhance the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform, maintain risk data quality and deliver reporting that supports effective decision-making across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve risk processes, reporting and system capabilities, while driving automation and continuous improvement in risk reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the GRC system, including user support and maintenance.
  • Maintain risk data quality, dashboards and reporting structures.
  • Deliver risk insights by analyzing trends and key metrics.
  • Assist with risk frameworks, policies and standards.
  • Support Risk Partners with risk reviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to risk communications and training resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and better reporting processes.

Join our Legal, Governance & Regulatory team and play a key role in strengthening risk management through data,systemsand reporting.

As the Group Risk Analyst, you will manage and enhance our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform,maintainrisk data quality, and deliver reporting and insights that support effective decision-making across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to improve risk processes, reporting and system capabilities.

Whatyou'lldo
  • Manage and enhance theAPA ITGovernance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system, including user support, systemenhancementandtroubleshootingacross the business.

  • Ensure risk data isaccurate,completeand reliable, whilemaintainingdashboards,reportingand risk data structures.

  • Deliver risk insights by analysing trends, emerging risks,opportunitiesand key metrics, including supporting the Head of Riskwithriskreporting.

  • Assistwithmaintainingrisk frameworks,policiesand standards.

  • SupportRisk Business Partners withrisk reviews, workshops,stakeholder engagementactivitiesand keeping risk informationin GRC systemcurrent.

  • Contribute to risk communications, guidancematerialsand training resources.

  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, systemenhancementsand more efficient risk reporting processes.

Whatyou'llbring
  • Demonstrated experience administeringgovernance, risk, compliance(GRC)or related business systems.

  • Strong data analysis,reportingand problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintainingdataintegrity.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools is desirable.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Commerce, Finance, RiskManagementor a related field.
