Job summary

Metlife Australia is seeking a pricing and analytics professional in NSW to support industry superannuation fund insurance arrangements. You willAnalyse data, build pricing models and contribute to automation initiatives, working with colleagues across the business.

You will apply actuarial training, sharpen your modelling skills in Excel and Python, and engage with AI-enabled tools while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science or related discipline with strong academic record.
• Strong analytical, modelling and problem-solving capability with Excel and Python.
• Ability to engage with basic machine learning concepts and AI-assisted tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to support governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing and experience analysis for Industry Superannuation Fund insurance arrangements.
• Analyse and interpret data to generate insights that support product innovation and portfolio performance.
• Develop, maintain and enhance pricing models, tools and automation solutions.
• Prepare and present pricing insights and analysis to internal stakeholders and executives.
• Build strong partnerships across the business while deepening knowledge of products, market and regulatory environment.
