Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is opening a new health club in 2026 and seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to lead strength and conditioning sessions for large groups. The role requires a Cert III in Fitness, at least 1 year of group-teaching experience, and availability evenings after 5pm and weekends.

Candidates must hold Senior First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check, and be prepared for a police check. Desirable registrations include Ausactive or Physical Activity Australia, and experience with Les

Qualifications

• Freestyle experience and creative flare with ability to modify group classes for common injuries.
• Strong understading of human movement is required.
• Experience in high intensity functional training is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Create effective and engaging sessions for groups of 10+ people.
• Correct technique and provide modifications for diverse abilities and ages.
• Teach strength and conditioning in a group setting while promoting safety.
