Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Group Financial Controller to own the integrity of consolidated results across Australia and New Zealand. You will report to the Group CFO and lead statutory, external and sustainability reporting in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.

During a finance transformation, you will drive the transition to Oracle Cloud Fusion, validate the consolidation environment, and deliver the first statutory close in Oracle.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with post-qualification experience in group reporting or financial control.
• Extensive statutory and management reporting experience in a large, multi-entity, multi-currency org.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to translate complex accounting issues into position papers.
• Hands-on consolidation experience using FCCS or similar ERP/EPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own group statutory reporting, financial statements and regulatory returns for AU/NZ.
• Lead external audit planning, evidence gathering and issue resolution.
• Define and maintain group accounting policy; provide technical accounting guidance.
• Own group consolidation and close process, including intercompany eliminations.
