Reporting to the CFO, you will be a key member of a Senior Finance Leadership team that will lead and help develop a global finance control and reporting framework which includes responsibility for the finance operations function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, robust controls, and scalable processes that support growth and acquisitions.

This is a critical leadership role focused on delivering confidence in the numbers while building a best-practice financial control environment. You will work closely with finance, commercial, treasury, and operational leaders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience managing global or complex multi-site finance operations, month-end processes, and audit requirements.
  • Strong background in controls, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
