Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacist registered to practise in the UK.
• Experience leading medicines optimisation and pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Be the responsible officer for medicines use in the Group Trusts and WCFT.
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical service across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Lead medicines safety, clinical governance and workforce development.
• Deliver strategic leadership for medicines optimisation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior pharmacists within the ICS and Primary Care Networks.
