Job summary

CityFM Australia is seeking a groundskeeper/landscaper to perform landscaping across multiple sites in the Sydney Metro area. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards, deliver customer service, and build strong relationships with site teams.

The role is outdoors, based in Sydney Metro, with a focus on mowing, edging, hedge pruning, weed control, and garden refreshment using Woodchip mulch and plants. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds/landscaping maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with trailer experience is mandatory.
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control and Astro turf maintenance.
• Garden refreshing: woodchip mulch, sand pit maintenance, new plantings.
• External pressure washing of buildings as required.
• Removal of all garden waste and transfer to authorized waste transfer station.
• Ensure all required job updates are provided.
• Follow an initiative-taking model for Groundskeeping maintenance and repairs.

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will be responsible for providing landscaping and gardening services across a number of sites within the Early Learning sector. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

This role is based in Sydney Metro.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform Landscaping services to several sites including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control & Astro turf maintenance.
• Garden refreshing – woodchip mulch, sand pit maintenance, new plants etc.
• External pressure washing of buildings as required.
• Removal of all garden waste and transfer to authorized waste transfer station
• Ensure all required job updates are provided.
• Follow an initiative-taking model for Groundskeeping maintenance and repairs.

To be considered for this role you will have / be:

• Previous experience in Grounds/Landscaping maintenance services.

• Valid driver’s license and experience driving with a trailer – Mandatory.
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
• Ability to multi-task; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.

• Familiarity with interfacing with technology (iPhone) used to systemically monitor location / jobs.
