Job summary

Agflite is seeking a reliable Ground Crew member to support fixed wing aerial agricultural operations in Hay, NSW. You will assist with loading, refuelling and general ground duties to ensure smooth, safe operations.

Experience in agriculture, machinery or aviation is advantageous but not essential; we provide training for the right person. Weekend work and occasional long hours are required, with potential career progression for the right applicant.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, machinery or aviation is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft and pilots with loading, refuelling and general ground operations
• Handle agricultural chemicals and equipment
• Maintain aircraft, vehicles and equipment
• General yard and operational duties
• Work weekends and occasional long hours during busy periods
• Ability and willingness to obtain a truck licence
