Petbarn in Traralgon is seeking a qualified Grooming Salon Manager to lead our grooming team and deliver high-quality clip and scissor services across all breeds.

You will train and develop staff, manage bookings and operations, and contribute to a supportive environment with a focus on pet well-being and customer service. This role offers recognition, a bonus program, certificate training and staff discounts, with a stable income throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 3 years professional grooming experience.
• The ability to complete all grooming services without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• The ability to provide consultation, quoting, bookings, invoicing, ordering and operational tasks.
• Be able to complete all aspects of operations management and team management.
• Complete at least 6-8 grooming services per day.
• Strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.
