Job summary

Hill Street Grocer in Sandy Bay is hiring a full-time Grocery Team Member to join a friendly, customer-focused store.

You'll keep aisles well-stocked and tidy, assist customers with a warm service, and help receive and manage stock deliveries while working closely with your team to support daily store operations and uphold food safety standards. The role also requires daytime availability including every second weekend and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• A friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Love of working with food and people (customers and colleagues).
• Energy, initiative, and willingness to take direction.
• Ability to follow procedures, particularly around food handling and WHS.
• Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout the day.
• Ongoing daytime availability, including every second weekend.
