Marketing Operations Specialist – Remote

Remote (South Africa) |Supporting an International Company

Monday – Friday | Full-Time

Scale global market presence and execute high-converting omni-channel growth campaigns from your home office.

You will own end-to-end marketing campaign execution, combining analytical performance optimization with creative go-to-market strategies. Working across global teams, you will drive customer acquisition, brand positioning, and multi-channel content delivery to scale international market share.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Management: Execute and optimize omni-channel acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), leveraging data insights to continuously refine funnel conversion.
• Content & Copy Creation: Produce compelling messaging for email cadences, landing pages, digital ads, and strategic promotional assets.
• Go-To-Market Execution: Partner with cross-functional leadership to deploy product launches and international brand positioning initiatives.
• Marketing Operations: Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM sequence workflows, and audience segmentation lists.

What You Bring

• Experience & Certifications: 3+ years in strategic digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth operations within international markets.
• Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce, paid media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and email automation tools.
• Background & Domain Expertise: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related quantitative field with solid multi-channel campaign experience.
• Technical Translation / Delivery: Ability to translate complex campaign metrics into actionable executive growth reports.
• Working Style: Data-driven, proactive operator who manages campaign priorities and tight delivery schedules autonomously.
