• Ability to train, support and motivate team members.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Previous experience working in a fast paced commercial kitchen or fast food environment.
• Confident in food preparation, grilling and maintaining consistent food quality.
• Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to manage staff, delegate responsibilities and oversee daily operations.
• Confident handling busy service periods while maintaining quality and efficiency.
