Mad Mex in Brisbane is seeking a Grill Master to lead our grill station and craft bold, flavourful Mexican dishes to exacting standards. You’ll work with our team to deliver fresh, high‑quality meals and maintain safety and hygiene across the station.

The role offers casual shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth as our brand expands across Australia. You’ll be part of a culture that values authenticity, energy, and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience leading a grill station and cooking to spec.
