We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Gregory Hills team in the following roles :

  • Room Assistants
  • Room Leaders
  • Educational Leader
  • Kitchen Hand

Successful candidates will be placed in positions that best match their qualifications, experience, and leadership capabilities.

The Role

These positions require qualified early childhood professionals who are committed to providing high‑quality education and care. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Montessori Academy’s outstanding educational program and support the holistic development of children.

In these roles, you will :
  • Build strong, nurturing relationships with children
  • Develop and implement the Children’s Program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and staff
  • Uphold the service’s philosophy in all aspects of your work
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding daily events and children’s progress
  • Maintain observations and documentation of individual children’s development
Essential Criteria
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and EYLF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong understanding of the importance of family engagement
  • Commitment to the holistic development of children
